DRUG CITY PHARMACY REVIEWS

Efficient and friendly staff upfront. Pharmacist is very friendly, helpful and of course knowledgeable. Store is always clean and the fountain looks like a great place to eat although I still need to try it out.

Had lunch at the fountain. The milkshake was so good I finished it before I got a pic. Very clean, service was great. Food was super. The Italian wedding soup especially.

Drug City is amazing! Their customer service is absolutely incredible! Especially Darlene! She went above and beyond!! Give that pleasant, kind and customer service expert a Raise.

"My mother purchased a recliner sleep chair from Northern Pharmacy in 2020, and Gina has always been our service representative whenever we've had trouble with the chair. It's been a while since we needed assistance, but I recently had an issue and had to call for service. When Gina arrived, she remembered us by name from years ago, which really impressed me. She and George, who was with her, were both extremely friendly, helpful, and professional in resolving the issue. Gina also shared that she would be moving on, and she will certainly be missed for her outstanding service. I want to sincerely thank her for all her help over the years. I'm also happy to know that George will continue working at Northern Pharmacy, and I’m confident he will carry on the same level of excellent service. I highly recommend Northern Pharmacy for their exceptional customer service!"

Sidnee and George were so hopeful. She took the proper measurements and was able to help me purchase compression stockings. They were having a 75% off sale so that was a huge plus. The workers are super friendly and kind. Michelle at the front desk was welcoming and attentive. Service with smile at northern pharmacy. Keep up the good work ladies and gentleman.

My Dad and I enjoyed the service of Ms. Keisha Green. She was very pleasant, helpful and polite and we enjoyed her. You could tell she was a woman who enjoyed her job, serving, and helping others.

I called and was connected to the Matt twice who is one of the Voshell’s pharmacists. I truly have a personal and attentive experience with each call. Authentic and caring Customer service is what I receive each encounter which is greatly appreciated. I have been a customer of Voshell’s Pharmacy for at least 5 years and definitely recommend this Pharmacy. Thank you so very much.

The delivery was on time and left safely near my door. I meant to leave a small cooler with ice on the porch but left without doing so. I didn't realize until too late but when I got home the delivery person had packed it very well including an insulated envelope with cold pack. I really appreciate the care taken.

Sorry I missed the delivery guy. I did leave a small cooler with Ice pack inside and an envelope with a cash tip for the driver. He did not open the small cooler. So sorry he missed my tip. Please ring doorbell in the future
