I love Sollay Medical! It's always nice to see Lashonda's smiling face when I walk in and she is very pleasant all the time which makes the visit even better. I have been treated nothing less than exceptional when I arrive for my appointments. They are very accommodating and nice. Dr. Hana is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel empowered to take my health more seriously and I am forever grateful for that push.

I have been a customer of Sollay for the last 7 years and come here for all my high-maintenance skin care needs such as hair laser removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and more! The staff is absolutely remarkable from the front desk staff, Lashonda, to Dr. Hana, who completes all the main services! I've only had fillers and botox twice in my life, both here at Ideal Image Canton. My first experience was subpar compared to my last appointment in May with Laly. (The first injector is no longer there.) Laly took her time, was extremely professional, and was empathetic when I got nauseous from the numbing cream. I think she really knows her stuff.

The true measure of customer service for a company is shown by how a concern is addressed. They took care of my concern. Appreciate Alanna, the manager at the Canton location for her professionalism and follow through.

Jordan is the best Botox injector I have ever gone to and I have been getting Botox since 2002. No need for a touch up, everything is even and she knew exactly where to put it. Ideal Image was easy to make an appointment. Jordan will be my go to injector for now on and I will tell everyone I know that gets Botox.
