The PA that assisted me during my DOT exam was so pleasant and professional in her demeanor. She deserves all the KUDOS. The doctor on call was amazing and I did not have to wait long. The whole experience was like 45 minutes. That's amazing for Concentra.

The facility was very clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Staff were extremely nice and professional. I was very impressed. I did not wait long before I was called in for physical.

Everytime I come to this location, I always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I’m never there for too long. They get you in and out. Their process is very organized and efficient.

Stephen Harris II, PA had great bedside manners. Took the time to explain everything to me. Xray tech was very compassionate.The staff at the front desk that registered me in was very patience and understanding. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Best urgent care visit I have ever had! My needs were addressed and the PA went above and beyond to see if my Rx would be covered by my insurance to avoid any sticker shock. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic to all my coworkers, friends and family.

I was very pleased with my first visit this evening. Extremely friendly staff, easy process/wait, and very welcoming/cozy environment. I mentioned to my fiancé how impressed I was with Patient First in comparison to similar places I’ve been of different companies/brands.

I recently received treatment for an ear infection at the Urgent Care facility in Anneslie and the attending medical team of Vince and Nikki were fabulous! The care and concern they have for their patients was obvious to me and much appreciated. They quickly diagnosed my issue and took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully and completely. Great job guys.

The staff was friendly. The wait was approximately 30 minutes to get triaged and put into a room which is definitely not bad for urgent care. The staff was very professional and the rooms, including bathroom were clean. I definitely appreciate the professionalism of the staff.

I made an appointment and was taken back promptly. Everyone was very nice and professional. The woman who took my EKG and my blood, and the PA were both excellent. The facility was very clean and I had a pleasant experience.
