BOLTON THERAPY & WELLNESS REVIEWS
I cannot recommend this practice enough. I have been seeing Ms. Dixon for about 3-4 years and am confident that I will continue to see her even when I move out of Maryland. While I did not feel strongly compelled to talk to a therapist initially, I am so glad that I started and even more grateful that it was Desyree. She has helped me grow personally, emotionally, and professionally without my realizing it. The practice is always warm and welcoming, and regardless of the content of our sessions, I always feel better after seeing her.
I can't say enough good things about Bolton Therapy & Wellness. Desyree gave me my life back. The success I've had over the past year is incredible, and therapy has turned from a need to want -- what I once needed to get through the day is now just part of my self care. It is time that I genuinely look forward to in a comfortable, safe, inclusive space.
She has changed my life with my husband. We now are on the same page living life as it should be.

APEX COUNSELING CENTER, LLC REVIEWS
I love Apex Counseling Center! The staff is very respectful, kind, and understanding. They are very welcoming and has made me feel comfortable since my first appointment. I feel like everyone I see on a regular basis makes me feel like they HONESTLY care about me and other patients. I don't feel like it's all about money with Apex, I feel like they actually care about my well-being. They have my best interest at heart. I feel that everyone there actually cares and encourages me to get better and do better The women at the front desk are always so kind and sweet, especially Ingrid. Dr. Astrada is very patient and understanding. He listens to how you feel, and he makes me feel like he actually cares. My therapist is Jeffrey. He is the best therapist I have ever had. He is very respectful. He always knows just what to say. He always has me to look at things from different perspectives. He offers great suggestions. He gives me great techniques and exercises for me to practice to help with my anxiety and other things I go through. And they work. I was very depressed when I first seen Jeffrey, he has help me to get through that dark time and come out stronger. I have made more progress in the past year since I have been going to apex, and have sessions with Jeffrey, than I have in my 31 years. I put the work in to change my life, but Jeffrey has encouraged me the whole way. Jeffrey encourages me to follow my dreams, and helps me to attain my goals. I am truly grateful for Apex and the staff that God placed in my life to help me change my life.
I really enjoy working with Jeff. I've been seeing therapist almost my whole life. I like the way Jeff breaks things down and explains things to me. I look forward to each session because I feel he does help me with the new coping skills and stuff he showed me to deal with my stress. I would definitely recommend him.
All staff that I have encountered are very friendly and welcoming. My counselor is very patient with me and seems to get my personality which I think is helpful. The only issue is that I wish my appointments with the psychiatrist were a bit longer, but other than that I'm pretty happy with everything so far.

RACHEL F. BECK LCSW-C REVIEWS
Rachel has been helping me for the last 6 years. I trust her completely and always know she has my best interest at heart. She has helped me become more comfortable with myself and work through the many ups and downs of life. When I moved overseas, Rachel adjusted her schedule to work with the time difference and offered to continue our sessions via FaceTime. I highly recommend her services and am grateful she is a part of my mental health journey.
Rachel is a wonderful therapist. I saw her regularly for a little over a year about 8 years ago, during a particularly difficult time in my life. I found her to be compassionate, skilled and thoughtful while providing just the right amount of structure and constructive feedback. She listened with care and offered tailored suggestions to help me grow in my path toward self awareness, understanding and, ultimately, acceptance. It was hard, sometimes painful, work, but I looked forward to my sessions with Rachel because she provided a safe and healing space. I love to read. Rachel noticed that right away and always had a book recommendation on hand that helped me more deeply understand the underpinnings of my life experience. Also, she’s just a very easy, very open person to be around and talk to. She’s earns your trust seamlessly and quickly. I think she’s awesome.
Rachel has helped me change the direction of my life. She not only provides a safe and comforting environment to talk openly, she helps you develop the skills you need in order to make positive changes in your life. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!
