The tech was friendly and very professional. It had to be the end of this young man's day but he still maintained a very friendly attitude and to be quite honest he presented himself well. Uniform was clean, shirt tucked in and he was a very down to earth person. I felt safe and comfortable which is important when you are inviting someone in to your home. Well done Preventive! I feared I had termites last April May and I was relieved when they allowed me to send in pictures of the little critters and identify that in fact they were ants. I signed up for one year every other month and I’ve been very happy with their service. I like that the pesticides are not harmful to pets and children or even to me as an adult. Ashley Ortiz, the rep that came out to complete the service was absolutely wonderful. She was informative and respectful of my home. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. She politely waited to allow me to safely put my dogs in one room from another to allow all of my rooms to be sprayed. She cleaned the spider webs from my front porch and asked if I had any questions before leaving. I honestly wasn't expecting such thorough and professional service for the price. But the most important detail to note for me is the bug spray is pet friendly!! I am very happy with the service and the price.
I called several pest control companies in the area and found that Terminix had the best value and responsiveness for services. I was extremely pleased with the service of Jacob and Jeremiah, who came out immediately the next day to start service at my residence.
