I recently had the pleasure of working with Shane for a home inspection, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Shane was incredibly thorough, professional, and approachable, making sure I understood every aspect of the inspection. Shane also made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me useful tips on how to maintain certain areas of the house moving forward. The inspection report was delivered quickly, and it was detailed with clear photos and descriptions of everything inspected. It was a great resource for me to refer to, especially when negotiating repairs with the seller. I feel completely confident and informed about the condition of the home, thanks to Shane. Karl was our inspector and he did a FANTASTIC job. His report was very detailed and you could tell he really took his time looking for everything big and small to note. He included photos of where all the shut off valves were for gas, water and electrical and I thought this was a really nice addition of information to give along with the report. We have worked with other inspectors in the area and this by far has been the best experience. We are also moving in from our of town and he took the time to go over the report on the phone and kept in contact after for other questions that came up later. Very happy with the service received.

First time home buyer and was extremely pleased with the thorough inspection we received on our potential future home. I had my Inspection done by Rodney, and it was great. On site he walked me through each area he would look at, what he was looking for, and alerted me immediately to any major issues and why they were issues. He was incredibly thorough is his inspection, and i felt at ease that all issues had been identified.

Alicia Herrera and team were extremely responsive to all of my questions. The full inspection, radon, termites, and sewer results came back very quickly. Easy to work with! Highly recommend. Appreciate the pre-listing discount as well!

This company is just amazing! Very through with attention to details. Adrian Ramos was my inspector and I can't say enough about the way he handled my inspection. He went above an beyond in explaining the major issues he found while inspecting my home and the inspection report was clearly written and easy to understand. Even after the inspection when I had an issue with the furnace he came by and helped troubleshoot and found the issue. I am so glad I used this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

Daniel was fantastic and efficient. He identified all of the little things that needed to be fixed right away, things that should be a priority in the next couple of years, and things that shouldn't cause issues for years. The information he provided was useful for both the novice and experienced home owner. Couldn't recommend more.
