Great service, communication, work and quality of products installed. Six months ago we moved to Placitas. Recently our garage door began to malfunction periodically. Upon contact with their office, they scheduled a visit to us. Our installer was Lorenzo. He was very professional, explained all possible repair options and completed an entire installation of belts, wheels, motor, everything accept the doors themselves. It was all 20 years old. We are now not only fully functional but are up to date with the best technology as well. Precision Garage Door, installed my garage door on my new home. The door has been great. Only 2 minor issues with it sealing and keeping the dirt out. Precision came out both times on the same day and it all fixed up, in less than 30 minutes. They are great and the service is even better.

Lorenzo from Precision came out to work on our old garage system. He was able to install two new systems with controllers and sensors during the afternoon, despite some unique challenges. Excellent work. Our garage door spring snapped sometime while we were away at work and coming home around 8pm the door wouldn’t open, we were able to see one of the 30 yr old springs had broken and scheduled an appointment online easily for the next morning. Jonathan gave me a call about 15 min before arrival that he was on his way and was very educational about the process and replacement longevity and ways to maintain the springs in the future to hopefully help them last a long while. We agreed replacing both springs on either side would be ideal because of the chance the other one snapping in the near future. He also tightened the belt we had that was loose and did a few other maintenance checks. The replacement took about 45 min total. It’s been over a week now and the garage opens smoother than ever with less creaky sounds. The doors are beautiful and work smoothly. I was astonished at the installer's physical strength and stamina, and the range of skills he displayed. He did everything from carpentry to electrical to metalwork, all by himself, after single-handedly removing the heavy and unwieldy one-piece old doors.

First I got little concerned about my initial invoice. But after a call from Josh the manager. He explains in detail all the charges and offer me a credit for the confusion. I was thankful for his gesture. The work was done right . I’m very satisfied.
