Paws in Action is great! We had Michelle take care of our 5 cats and gecko with no problems. She was available for meetings before we left our pets in her care, so they could all get acquainted. Great communication and great people!

We have a 13 years old Siberian Husky who still loves to have her walks. We have a wonderful walker that comes three times per week to make sure our fur baby gets out and exercised. We have had an amazing walker through Paws in Action coming regularly to walk our special girl. Tatiana loves her walks and loves her walker. When we get her leash out our dog gets so very excited. We left our (three) fur babies for a long weekend away. This was the first time we've used non-family for overnight sitting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Michelle and Paws in Action. Michelle was prompt, friendly and professional. She sent us updates (with pictures) several times a day. Knowing our dogs were getting so much TLC, it made our time away from them so much easier and our trip more enjoyable. One of our dogs is "iffy" with strangers, but Michelle even won her over! We would recommend Paws In Action to anyone needing great care for their pets. AND our house was just as we left it, which was wonderful to come home to after a long drive. We will definitely use them again when we need petsitting! Keep up the great work, ladies!!

We used Paws in Action over the Thanksgiving holiday for several days. I waited until the last minute to contact my regular house-sitter who was not available, so I called Paws in Action in hopes of arranging overnight care. They were able to fit me in, and in the course of one evening, all of the arrangements were made. I appreciated the Meet and Greet prior to our leaving where we met Andrea who sat for us. She was prompt in arriving to our home to being the stay, and sent lots of pictures and updates while we were away. We had prearranged where she would leave our key and everything went smoothly, from beginning to end.

This summer my husband and I got married. It was really important that our dog be at the wedding, but we didn't want him to become overwhelmed or have to be watching him constantly. We had Sarah from paws in action look after our dog at our wedding. She was great. She kept him calm and happy through all the chaos. She gave me lots of updates and she even helped direct him for wedding photos. The entire team was really communicative and helpful the whole time. I would highly recommend them.

Pauly is so wonderful to work with! He has helped us immensely with or large, loving, but rowdy dog. We got his name from a groomer. He helped us with the 3 year-old Saint Bernard / English Sheepdog we just adopted. My wife and I are older an I'm in a wheelchair. Having a happy, well mannered dog was a safety imperative . Pauly helped us design training to meet our needs. The result is we have a happy well behaved dog, who with Pauly's help, continues to learn and master new skills (both dog and owners). We highly recommend Pauly to anyone interested in improving the quality of life with their dog.

Pauly is an awesome trainer - we learned so much from him. We initially tried to train our dogs using tips from youtube which worked okay, but nothing was a 100% solution and we still had issues with our dogs. Hiring Pauly changed that. He showed us that he's really training us, not the dogs. After his help, our puppies learned how to walk, not fight over food, potty outside, and obey our training. He's very approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding with our questions. Life is a lot less stressful now. Thanks Pauly.

He was really responsive and empathetic and had really helpful honest feedback for me about what were some potential approaches to work with my dogs and resource guarding issues.
