Nathan and Antonio came yesterday to clean iur carpet and tile floors. They arrived on time after calling yo day they would be there in 20 minutes and after giving me a quote, which I approved, yhey started and completed the job. They mived furniture, items, throw rugs, and took suggestions about extra trouble ateas. I was concerned that the carpets would be really wet and would take a long time to dry, but they left them quite dryer than expected. By the next morning, most were pretty dry and I was able to replace most of the furniture. I did use my fans and left windows open as directed. My capets looked almost brand new The tile and grout was so great. I totally recommend these guys. They were professional, thorough, and left my floors in great shape. And certainly, yhe carpets were nit super wet. I'll definitely use them again.

Dalton was absolutely wonderful, so respectful, sweet knowledgeable and did above and beyond. He was on time and did everything I asked him to do. I have been using Bear Carpets for almost 30 years and I would never switch to any other carpet cleaner in town. He even clean the grout in my kitchen and entryway.. it was a last minute request, but he got it done.
This time the puppy spilled a bottle of boot oil on the sofa. Bear Carpet again to the rescue. Because it was oil that was spilled, I was advised the the stain could come to the surface again and I could call them back for another shot at the cleaning the spill. It did, and Bear Carpet returned. Great results. Shout out to Dalton who is excellent at his job and courteous and professional.
I was distraught. My puppy peed on my couch. Bear Carpet responded to my distress and came out the morning after my call. Right on time. They knew exactly what I was facing and took to the task. I might add that the couch was in need of cleaning as well. Fantastic work. Odor gone! I feel confident that they are the best to handle the pee cleaning.
