TECH505 TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, LLC REVIEWS

Our desktop computers were seven years old and starting to show it. I found out from some local people on Reddit that Tech 505 was a great shop to get something better. We went in and talked with Daniel and he helped us find two laptops, one for each of us. They are refurbished and then once they arrive at the store, they are upgraded and Windows 11 is installed. We love them! They are awesome laptops and I am so glad that I researched a local company instead of going to Best Buy or some other box store. I highly recommend you check them out if you need to upgrade your computer.

Over the years, I've had couple of issues with my desktop. Tech505 is my go to place. DJ and Daniel are two wonderful people that run Tech505. I've had the best experience working with these two folks. They are genuinely caring, deeply knowledgeable, very honest, reasonable, and humble people. I am a big advocate for small business. Tech505 receives my strongest recommendation.

Over the top customers service = The Best. They have fixed several issues for me. I had one computer I took to Geek Squad, stood in line for 45 minutes and then when it was my turn, they said they couldn't fix it. I went to Tech505 and had me up and running in a jiffy! DJ is awesome! Will always go back whenever I have some computer issues. Thank again! They're Awesome.

COMPUTER TRANSFORMERS REVIEWS

These fellows worked on my HP laptop, replaced the ill swollen battery, the failing hard drive and finally tenaciously battled the rebellious graphics which were maladaptive with the new hard drive...total labor $65.00 as described. They did an evaluation of the machine while I was there in the shop and gave me an estimate for a couple possible repair scenarios. They speak non-geek and are user friendly.

Brian and the rest of his team is awesome! Computer was fixed a day sooner than they predicted to me, works great now, was custom built by them a few years back and only just recently started having issues,but everything works perfectly now.

Took my laptop in and they fixed it same day and it’s running like new. Very reasonable price and time to get what I needed done. 100% recommend and will use them again.

THE PC PLACE II REVIEWS

I recently took in 2 old busted company laptops and an old Dell desktop to see if they could retrieve any data (I was trying to salvage old pics from over the years). The two laptops were definitely busted and data was not readily retrievable but desktop data was salvageable. In the end, they did not charge me for the laptop analysis and only charged me for the desktop data recovery. What a deal!! As an added bonus, they also take old PCs and peripherals for recycling. They're really a great bunch of guys and I'm very happy I found them.

Absolutely the best place around your computer needs. I came to them on the 25 year-old crashed hard drive. Although it took a week to recover all the data, they never gave up. The price was amazingly inexpensive for the time and effort they saved me. They will be my go to for computer repairs from here on out.

The gentleman who helped me was polite and friendly. He understood my problem and quoted me a reasonable price that was satisfactory. Assuming they can fix my problem I have another older laptop that needs fixing and I will bring it there.
