A very professional and friendly staff member on the initial phone call had us convinced this was the company for us. Other companies refuse to answer questions before charging a couple hundred dollars to do an inspection. GRPC listened to our concerns and identified the issue over the phone and quoted us a very reasonable price for extermination. When Spencer arrived to do the job, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. No attempt to up-sell us and he was clearly a professional. We really appreciate that he calls when he is 20 minutes away as well. We ended up paying exactly what we were quoted (and it wasn’t much more than what other companies charge just to do an inspection) and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Grand Rapids Pest Control.

This company is amazing. The staff is always kind and willing to help with all of my requests. Their technician, Chris is always very informative and thorough in his inspections and treatments. I highly recommend this family friendly company for home and business!
