Excellent local place with an owner and workers who truly care about your pet. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and have always been happy with the service. Plus, the owner Karen has gone out of her way to help fit my pups into collars and harnesses, before they are sold. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I 100% recommend this place.

I am absolutely blown away by this place! I moved to Knoxville in 2017 and have struggled to find a groomer who knows how to groom a Samoyed. The staff was extremely friendly and their customer service is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with the 5 other groomers we’ve tried here. We got in early from the cancellation waitlist (over a month before our scheduled appointment) which I was ecstatic about. My girl is not an easy groom and I was so excited that they were excited to have her. Her de-shed was flawless (I’m usually pulling hair out of her after a groom), she was completely dry (yes we’ve also been to groomers that don’t understand her coat needs to be fully dry), her paws were perfect, and also she was not completely exhausted like she usually is when I pick her up. They listened to everything I asked and are very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend It’s a R-R-Ruff life, we will be back for her next groom!!

Excellent care and service! I took my 3 year old dog to get his nails trimmed for the first time by a groomer. I used to do them when he was a puppy but he has started to hate anyone touching his nails to get them trimmed. The workers there were so sweet to him. I could hear them talking to him from the lobby about how good of a boy he was and comforting him! It only took 10 minutes and he got a nice big treat afterwards! I can't recommend this place enough!! Your dog is in great hands here. Will definitely be back!
