Primrose School of Plano at Deerfield

We’ve been with this Primrose school for about 6 months now (since our son was 5 months old), and we are so happy to be part of the Primrose family! It is such a happy, safe, loving environment where you can see how much the teachers and staff care about the kiddos. We love our infant teachers so much, and more importantly so does our kiddo! He gets the biggest grin going to them each morning, and there’s no bigger comfort in the world than knowing you’re leaving your kid in the best hands. And as a parent, I’ve been impressed with the communication and transparency to keep us updated throughout the day or whenever anything pops up.

Primrose Deerfield has been a godsend to our family! We moved to Texas from Chicago and had to do lots of research and finally a visit, but from the very beginning Terri was kind and reassuring, offering her time through phone calls and emails before we were able to visit. Fast forward, I have been so impressed by the teachers, the staff, the communication, the care for my children- I am truly so thankful and excited to see our kids grow within these walls!!.

I really love Primrose of Deerfield. They treat my family with kindness and respect and my daughter has so much fun there during the day. I can see that she is learning so much and thriving in this environment. I was worried about her starting daycare after a year of isolation due to Covid, but primrose has been very patient with her and worked with her to get her settled into the new routine. I never worry about her because they update me daily about what she is doing while there. I highly recommend this daycare.
