Mason was an amazing salesman. I drove from San Antonio on a Saturday because we were able to get the financials locked down before I drove 4 and a half hours to purchase my 2022 Lexus ES F Sport. Autos of Dallas is a great dealership with great prices. Mason is great to deal with! Thank you for getting me into the car I wanted. The Ultramarine Blue with the red interior is beautiful!

Josh was also very helpful in many ways and they both did their best to make sure I drove away with aa vehicle I loved. I can tell that they have great teamwork and it made the whole experience very low stress and enjoyable. I would highly recommend going here if you are in need of a reliable vehicle. I had a great experience with Bailey from the Plano store. He met my needs and concerns, very friendly and experienced in what he does need less to say I walked out with a Ford Escape. Carmax is great place to shop for a vehicle especially with there 7 day return guarantee and there 4000 mile guarantee from most used car places I been to no one offers those guarantee. Great experience! I had my car appraised online with NADA.org (National Automobile Dealers Association) and CarMax gave the highest value. The offer was very fair so I made an appointment to bring my car in for an inspection. They came back in less than 10 minutes and honored the appraised value 100%. I sold my car right there and we completed the title transfer paperwork online together. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. The entire process was easier than expected.
