Excellent experience. Contractor asked us to go pick tile, but we are clueless. Savannah helped us with the measurements, figuring out how many boxes we needed, and then telling us of other pieces we would need like edges, etc. Lots of options and affordable. Couldn't have done it without her help. Thank you so much.

My business regularly purchases tiles, flooring, and building materials from Floor and Decor, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff at the 15th St. Plano location is consistently helpful, but I want to specifically highlight one employee, Kris Gernhart. Kris goes above and beyond every time. He is incredibly knowledgeable about building supplies, always offers helpful advice, and truly makes my job easier. I highly recommend this store, thanks to Kris and the excellent service provided by the team.

They carry almost everything needed with tile for bathrooms and kitchens. Super selection, good prices on grout and accessories. Helpful staff.

FLOORING DIRECT REVIEWS

I had a great experience from start to finish with flooring direct. I was ready to make a change and go towards more carpeted surfaces in my house and give my feet a break. Jessica brought beautiful samples and helped me decide on the perfect color for my remodel. The installation was fast but well done and I appreciated them moving the furniture and putting it back as well.

We were very pleased with the whole process. They were able to send someone out quickly to go over options and give a thorough estimate. Once we decided on flooring, installation was scheduled quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Javier and the team. They were on time, courteous, professional and very efficient. I can’t believe they stayed late to get it all done in one day. Definitely recommend.

The install went without a hitch. Joe and his crew were professional, clean and responsive. They explained the process of the installation and worked efficiently. I would recommend Flooring Direct as a source for flooring.
