I am new to the area and chose this apartment while I was still living at home and never even getting to view it before moving in. To say that I was pleased is an understatement. The views all through the complex are amazing. We were lucky enough to get a unit close to the creek and hear the water anytime we stepped out on to our balcony. The maintenance staff is the best and very quick to respond. Lastly, the office staff just as amazing always friendly, understanding, and go above and beyond to help. Another bonus is all the great perks like food trucks, random free breakfast, and at Christmas a gift-wrapping station. "I only moved due to needing something closer to work. I have lived at Cortland North Plano for 8 months. It is a very nice apartment complex in the northern part of Plano close to both the Hwy 121 toll road and Hwy 75. The apartment itself is very well appointed, with a view of the wooded area surrounding the complex. As an avid walker I have access to a trail that follows a small creek running through the grounds and access to the Ridgeview golf course with miles of cart paths on which one can walk. There is also an excellent lap pool for summer exercise, in addition to two well used lounging pools. One standout of the entire operation is the sense of community that the management tries to foster. As a result, there is a feeling of friendliness here. Residents frequently post messages regarding items for sale or services offered. And there are several interest groups for people to join. Plus, an added bonus is it’s a smoke-free complex. As for the management, they are very responsive and the leasing team is very helpful in finding the right apartment to fit your needs. In addition, maintenance is quick and competent. So if you’re looking for an apartment complex with good amenities in a natural environment, I highly recommend.

If you're looking for an amazing apartment complex? This is hands down the best. The amenities are great, and I have to say I am still so constantly surprised by what's available. The community is very interactive, there are things to do daily. Since we have been here they have done fundraisers, parties, and I'm just really pleased to feel like the place eim living, actually cares. They are prompt with services calls, addressing issues, and endeavoring to resolve those things. I love my apartment, I love that I can have my pets here no issues. I have already recommended this to a few friends. I cannot speak more highly of this place.

I've had an awesome experience living at Collin Creek Apartments! The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to highways. The apartments are spacious and well-kept, and the community is quiet and clean. The staff is amazing—always friendly and quick to help with anything. Maintenance is on top of things and super fast whenever you need something fixed. The amenities are a nice bonus too! The pool is great in the summer, the gym is solid, and there are plenty of pet-friendly areas. This place is wonderful, they take really good care of their apartments. I lived here for 3 years and was really sad to move away from their community. The other tenants are always friendly. The office staff is caring and helpful, as well as prompt. And the maintenance crew works really hard with the friendliest members I have ever met. If you have a problem, they will take care of you. Some of the issues they are dealing with on location was from poor management prior to the current staff who filtered in over the last year and a half. If you are considering this place, don’t hesitate.

Leave here for many years and have had no problems and every one in the office are very helpful and maintenance are always on the job.
