This Caliber Collision location is incredible. In an accident where the other driver was at fault, their insurance company recommended 3 location and I chose this one. From the first phone, drop off, daily and twice daily updates, and picking up my repaired vehicle 3 days earlier than what they had anticipated made this experience Incredible. Leslie was exceptional is setting up the times and extremely efficient when I was in store. Ken was wonderful with daily and twice daily texts to update me on the vehicle repair process. Both employees were extremely friendly and caring. I wouldn’t go any where else. Also -a shout out to All State the other insured company. They made the repair claim so smooth!!! Thank you.

This is the best collision center in Texas. Caliber in Plano is under great leadership of Mr Chad Brandon(GM) he personally came to meet us and made sure we were well taken care of. Kathie and Dylan(service advisor)kept us informed on every step of the way. They were very professional, gracious, patience and understanding. We now understand why Caliber @ Plano has high ratings. They surely are great and a wonderful leadership of Mr. Chad. Our car looked great, Their customer service was on point 100% My whole Texas family know they will be in great hands at this location. Highly recommend this location and you will surely be impressed 100%.

Caliber Collision Central Plano did a great job in repairing my Rogue after an accident (passenger side front and rear door damage). Excellent customer service: Ken was my service advisor. He's the best. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Kept me informed every step of the way in the process. Best of all, got my vehicle back early and the doors look better than pre-collision! We had a Tacoma repaired here four years ago and we're pleased. Glad to know this shop is maintaining high standards.

I’m a car enthusiast with super high standards for repairs, so I chose Texas Collision after reading their amazing reviews. After a few weeks, my car was finally ready, but I wasn’t totally satisfied with the initial work. I had to bring it back a few times to get it fixed properly. Ron was a lifesaver throughout the whole process. They provided excellent customer service every time and made sure I was completely happy with the final result. Thanks, Ron, for your quick response and for working through all my issues.

My parents brought their car here because they were happy with the work they did on painting their bumper from a different incident. The process was easy, the front office staff was polite and efficient. Even returning our rental car was so convenient. Taylor kept us up to date with the process and very thorough in explaining what they did and made sure we were satisfied with the work. We appreciate all they did. Highly recommend and would come here again even if I have any work that needs to be done.
