Brandon is one of the best of the best! Knowledgeable, professional and honest! Worked with him for my daughter’s sweet 16 present, the car we originally wanted ended up not working out like we had thought/hoped it would. Brandon immediately got on it and we received same make/model but even better than the one we first wanted!! Gilbert did an awesome job. He catered to my every need and really actively listened for what I wanted in a car. He knew that my mind was made up on a specific one and came up with multiple courses of actions to make sure I went home with the car that day. I had the absolute BEST experience at Park Place Lexus Plano this weekend! Hughes was the BEST Sales Experience Manager I could have asked for to walk me through every step of the process and help me figure out what route worked best for me and my situation. I walked in and felt more like a friend than a just someone who would contribute to a commission check, and loved that his approach wasn’t overly salesy. He was able to get me into my absolute DREAM car, made the process so incredibly seamless, and loved that he was able to take me through the sales AND finance part of the deal vs transferring to someone else after the sale was confirmed. Cannot say enough great things about Hughes & Park Place. They have a customer for life, and will be sending everyone I know to buy from him!

Sales man was awesome! And Lexus drives well enough to satisfy my expectations. Mirrored cover and Pastic tray missing from where arm rest located. According to the salesman, he ordered missing parts. Waiting for those to come in. Other than that, I am very pleased with the dealership and the salesperson. My next car will be the Lexus too!
