What a great stay. Very clean, very well maintained, the staff was on point, whatever you want, whatever you needed to know, they had an answer for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it would be nice if they were a little bigger, but for the three days we were there. It was more than adequate. It was in a convenient location near shopping in restaurants, I don’t think I could ask for more. We will definitely come here again.

Stayed here for Valentine’s Day and Timothy checked us in. He was nothing less than amazing. Very sweet and kind. Upon returning back to our room from the shops we were greeted with sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries sent my Timothy. Thanks so much for making our stay memorable. Keep being great ! My wife and I stayed there for a night before a business function held at the hotel. Very nice property and a great location. the staff was professional in very polite. I wanted to point out a young man that checked us in. Reece was very welcoming and well trained when he checked us in. He recognized our Marriott status and took care of us quickly. HILTON DALLAS/PLANO GRANITE PARK REVIEWS

Facility is very nice, many conference rooms and wait staff for events has been great. Food catered at events was delicious and variety of options for all diet types. Hotel is located close to freeway for easy access but is a very quiet area that offers many walking path options, close to restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean and updated. Hotel staff has been very nice and accommodating. I will be adding this location to my stay list next time I am in the area.

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to James, the Banquet Manager. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and made us feel truly welcomed. His professionalism and attention to detail made a huge difference. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff was very friendly and communicated with me several times throughout my stay to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. The food was delicious and the room was excellent. Will definitely stay here the next time that I'm in the area.

This hotel is fantastic. The lobby and halls are clean, the room is clean, the bed is super comfortable, there’s a clean laundry room with a table and chairs and you can use an app to pay and get alerts when the machines are done, the toiletries are nice, there are plenty of towels, nice employees, lemon water available in the lobby, and the breakfast is amazing. Tasty coffee with a lot of creamers to choose from, Texas-shaped waffles and so much to choose from, hot and cold, for breakfast. A short walk to the IHOP next door and in a safe and quiet area. Thank you, La Quinta and Wyndham for such a great place to stay, and for hiring nice breakfast and front desk employees.

Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and exceptional service. The front desk lady who checked me in on Thursday night was beyond amazing, genuinely kind-hearted and made me feel right at home. The entire hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond in both hospitality and cleanliness, but this one truly does. I highly recommend staying here, and without a doubt, this will always be my go to spot whenever I’m in town.

The hotel is kept clean. The breakfast is actually good. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Beds are great. Pet friendly.
