Wow! From start to finish James & Rima made the process so easy & seamless. It was fast & efficient & my new blinds look amazing. The price was better than I expected too. Now I don’t know why I waited so long. We will definitely use Budget Blinds of North Plano for the rest of our house. They far exceeded our expectations in customer service, price, & quality of products.

James and Rima were great to work with. They were thorough, friendly, helpful and economical. Good customer service can be hard to come by these days but these guys nailed it.

From our first meeting with Rima and James the process was great. Rima thought of things like resale and dusting. Shane did solid install. Affordable. We are happy.

We recently had a custom shade built for our master bedroom. The team at Stoneside was absolutely amazing! John installed our shade and was so nice and sweet. Reba helped design our shade and took so much time helping us design the perfect shade for us! We selected a light filtering shade beneath the blackout shade all on automatic rollers. We couldn’t be happier.

Reba my designer was amazing. She really knows her stuff and made it easy for me to make a decision. Trent my install technician was great. He did a wonderful job with the installation and walk through on how to use and maintain it. Thank you Stonside. My house feels a bit more homely.

Excellent service all around! Amy was amazing. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very patient taking as much time as needed. I never had to leave my house! They come to you on your schedule. Installation was also excellent. I strongly recommend them!!

I contacted Read Design Window Fashion because they are going to have a storefront in Prosper and I like to support local businesses. I requested a consultation at my new home and Marina came out and did a walkthrough with me. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions as I had never had automatic blinds installed before. She invited me and my designer down to their Plano location to choose blind types and fabric choices. The blinds came in quickly and Marina had an excellent installer to do our job. He was very meticulous and kept our home very clean and picked up. I’m very impressed with Read Design care and followup.

Read Design was terrific to work with. I decided to put in hubs so I could control Hunter Douglas shades with an app after we had blinds installed. No problem!! Tech was great to work with and even helped again (just a small fee) when I upgraded my wifi and needed to get blinds to work with the new system. Everyone we spoke with and worked with at the company was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business.

Very good customer service in Southlake store and the Plano showroom definitely recommend Read Design for all your window fashions!!! Kate was great she kept in touch and made sure everything worked out!
