I called the company to ask about my delivery and spoke with the owner. He was very professional, kind & courteous. He asked if he could place me on hold. While I was on hold, he checked in letting me know that he was still looking for my order. He had to place me on hold again, and when he came back, he had an answer about my order. He assured me that my order would be delivered by 4 today and it was. He brought it to me himself. I thought that was kind because as being the owner of a business, you have people under you who handles little things such as that. It showed me that he is a man of integrity and will go the extra mile for his company. Also after he gave me my order, he could have left, but he and I engaged in a conversation. I appreciated that. His business also does other things, so checkout Minuteman Press. I found him on facebook but his company is located in Norfolk.

These folks are amazing! They were able to help me get copies of essential documents that had to be printed ASAP while away from home! They were so kind and understanding. They gave me great service at a fair price. I will definitely look them up again next time we need printing services.
