1st Rate Inspections

1st Rate Inspections did a fantastic job on our home inspection. We opted for the Premier Package which included everything we needed. Our inspectors, Dustin and Daniel, were efficient, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything they did and what it meant, whether cosmetic or structural. The detailed report we received with pictures and arrows is invaluable. I highly recommend!

Kory was our inspector and he was very thorough and professional. He walked us through all the results and gave helpful insights on potential problems and/or solutions. Super friendly and answered every question we had with ease and patience. The warranty on the inspection work is a plus and the monthly recall messages to let you know proactively if anything comes up with appliances are, as well. Definitely would use again and recommend!

We were recommended to 1st Rate Inspections by a friend. We called about 15 minutes to closing and Ricki answered all of our questions. They sent someone out the very next day. Robert was our inspector, he did a phenomenal job! The pictures and his report were very detailed. We will definitely use this company again later in the future!
