Very professional, knowledgeable and not after a quick buck! I had a AC unit water leak issue in my newly bought home. Since its under warranty, the builder fixed it. However, I wanted to be sure that the fix was done properly, so I thought I would get a home inspector to check it. I called Bob and we spoke on the phone for 45 minutes. After reviewing the videos and pictures I sent during our conversation, he thought I didn't need the inspection now, and save money. However, he suggested that I should have a full home inspection before the 12-month warranty expires. I'll be calling him when that time comes.

I am a new home buyer and was nervous about what would come back on the inspection. Bob and Carol were very thorough and everything that came back on the inspection was addressed by the seller.
