What a great service! Communication, professionalism, knowledge, flexibility on scheduling is all ABOVE AND BEYOND. Tony did my final building inspection. I can't recommend him and Advantage Inspection enough. I met Tony during my inspection, he even gave me excellent tips and shared his knowledge during his inspections. He found out many items including major things that needed to be corrected, and saved a ton of hassle for me. My house was not fully completed when he first visited, and he even came couple more times to make sure a thorough inspection is done. I'm very impressed! I will recommend Advantage Inspection to anybody, and in the future definitely coming back for inspection service.

All of the above for the office staff to all the people doing the inspections. We actual backed off of that home, the pictures are worth a million words. This house was only 6 months old and the crawl space had a lot of problems. I believe you saved us from a situation that would continue to repeat in coming do to being a “water shed lot”.
