My wife and I have moved 3 times in the last 8 yrs. This last inspection was the first time using Bode Home Inspections. With me being in Med school and my wife in law enforcement, we are both pretty particular about things. We were very impressed by Andrew's attention to detail and the time taken to explore every corner of the home. This was our best inspection by far!

I was very pleased with the inspection process of my home. Andrew was flexible with scheduling and also extremely professional and thorough. During the inspection, Andrew quickly displayed his knowledge of all aspects of the home; including minor and major concerns. He even took the time to explain some simple repairs that I could do once I was in my new home. I really appreciated the thoroughness and time that Andrew took to provide those details. He even returned to the house a 2nd time to inspect an area of the house that was not exposed the first time he was there. That was going above and beyond and in today's world, those work principals are priceless!.

This is the first time I’ve ever had to have a house inspection, and Andrew was amazing! He was super professional, friendly, punctual, and thorough. He walked through the entire process with us and went above and beyond in answering our questions thoroughly. He took his time which helped me feel more at ease with the process. The summary of the report was super helpful and easy to review, but it also was very detailed which helped make such a big purchase even easier.
