Wiemann Home Inspection

We worked with Chris to have our future home inspected. He was very thorough and willing to talk us through everything. We were very happy to have worked with him. A week later, we ended up needing a second opinion on our current home and with short notice, Chuck came to look at our home. He was also wonderful and talked us through it. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing inspection services!

Chris Wiemann was the individual who came to do the inspection on our house. He did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough and answered all our questions. At the time of the inspection my wife and I were living out of state. That wasn't an issue at all. He FaceTimed with me to go over all the concerning issues and to answer questions that we had. Chris is very knowledgeable and very personable. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody who needs to get a home inspection done.

We had an inspection with Wiemann on a house we are planning to buy. Tim was very professional and kind. He was thorough, and because of his inspection we were able to address some water drainage issues with the seller. They were out almost immediately following my accepted offer and I had a very complete report to me before the end of the day with pictures and videos showing me the functionality of all drains, toilets and outlets in the home.
