CKC Home Inspection

My experience with “CKC HOME INSPECTION LLC” was professional, detailed and friendly. Cameron was the inspector, and I purchased one of CKC’s combination packages, which included multiple services. I showed up to the property about 30 minutes earlier, and I noticed a couple of things, and he identified those same items and more. When he realized that one of the services I purchased was not needed, he voluntarily provided a refund for that service. That showed his integrity and commitment to his clients. As he walked through the home, if he came across things that he thought I needed to know he pointed them out to me, like where the main water shutoff valves were located. The report that was provided was great, and easy to understand. Cameron provided a document detailing the issues that were found. The document included pictures, a description of the issues, along with an estimated cost to fix the issue. Those details were very helpful and gave me an idea of how much this might cost if I had to address the issues myself. My overall satisfaction with “CKC HOME INSPECTION LLC” was a 5+.
