Dave did a great job with our home inspection. My husband and I are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions, and Dave was extremely thorough and was patient with all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything in detail, while showing us pictures of everything, and gave us some great recommendations. We are so happy we went with Heartland and that Dave was the one to do our inspection. A huge plus was that they were able to fit us in the day after we called. Really appreciate Dave’s attention to detail and great advice!.

Excellent experience using Heartland Inspections. Inspection was quick, yet thorough. Explanation of issues was clear and easy to understand.
