Luis and his team were so great. My client got under contract after 9 pm on Monday night, I reached out to Luis at that time ???? he had us scheduled for an inspection for 10am the next morning. They are so quick and responsive to all of our needs (as agents and as buyers). Hector answered all of my buyers questions and we had the report in our emails very fast. Highly highly recommend this team they are truly great!

This team of home inspectors is the real deal. One call is all it took. They responded quickly. Scheduled the inspection quickly. Called and spoke to me during the inspection. Inspection report was provided the same day. What else can you ask for??? As a mortgage loan officer I need home inspections done regularly for our buyer/borrowers and MIA is the way to go!
