I needed a four-point and wind mitigation inspection for home insurance purposes. Our inspector, Juan S. was a true professional. He clearly explained the process, pointed the good qualities of the house as well as those items that might need attention in the future. Five stars well-deserved! Greg was my inspector and he was thorough, professional and helpful with any questions I had. He completely went through every aspect of the house. I genuinely felt he was working for me not just an inspector who showed up to do the bare minimum. Even the sellers commented on how thorough he was compared to the inspection of their sons recent purchase. The communication from day one through the post inspection report has been stellar. I would highly recommend this company to any and all who need a home inspection. I would definitely use them again.
