Jumper Madness

Couldn't have been happier with the service. I ordered the pink castle combo which included tables and chairs. Everything was perfect! Quality was perfect, exactly as shown on the website and set up was quick! At first I had trouble getting ahold of anyone to confirm but once I realized they have a number to text it was smooth sailing from there. They arrived early the day of my daughters birthday, everything was very clean (looked brand new), the jump castle matched my daughters birthday theme perfectly, the employees were very nice, professional and they picked up right on time/early the next day. Had lots of compliments on how nice everything was and where I ordered from. Will definitely order from Jumper Madness again!

I've used them at least 5 times and have always had good experience. Usually when I order is during the busier times so yes there is some delays with drop off. But the price is great, I usually schedule set up to be done at least 2 hours before guests arrive. The jumpers are clean and look taken care off. Pick up time can run a bit late but we also factor that in...they tear down quick and employees are also respectful and great. They have let me extend the pick up time when our party ran a bit longer....with no problem. I have ordered by phone and my their online site...online was easier for me and I got a text message a day or two later to confirm.

I have rented from them twice and have had a great experience. Reservations online and payment options as well, yes you might not get a call right away but other than that it’s not a big deal. I would highly recommend this place!
