Tammy was amazing, she assisted me throughout my whole ordeal. She helped me pick a tent size for my backyard because it was supposed to rain and I was not sure of the exact tent that I may need. I was able to get in contact with her numerous times, every time she answered and helped. I was doing a surprise party for my husband And needed the delivery to be changed and she was so accommodating with that. The guys that came to set up were great I told him I wanted everything and they set it up we had a small misunderstanding with the banner I chose and we work together to move it somewhere else and it turned out even better than I could have a Magine they were quick and very helpful.

Tammy provided impeccable customer service as we planned an outdoor party for my daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday party. Her follow up was always timely and her one on one attention to your needs was exceptional.

Mike and Matt went above and beyond to ensure my event was successful. It involved some creative brainstorming and everyone being flexible. But the end result was even better than the original concept! These folks are true professionals, and provide an incredible quality of service that I haven't typically experienced with other vendors. Will definitely work with them again!
