Jake worked with the insurance company, took care of all of their and our needs, coming to a successful outcome on our behalf. All work done on our roof was not only done on time but at the highest quality. We never felt the need to worry about anything during the whole process. All charges was explained to us by Sara in a professional manner. I would recommend Bold Brothers Roofing as a great experience.

If I can describe Bold Brothers Roofing in one word it's "Excellence". Jake has always been there since day 1 to help us with getting our Roof and Gutter replace to the last day of city Inspection. Communication with Jake at "Bold Brothers Roofing" is top notch, he always there to answer my text/call and I'm sure i bug him a little to much with my questions/concern but he always answer them promptly. Not only does our Roof and Gutter looks so beautiful but the way Jake handle customer service is above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone I knows. Several of our neighbors have had their roofs repaired using Bold Brothers. We decided that we should have our roof inspected and called Bold Brothers. Jake arrived on time, inspected our roof and told us that we had 'the best roof he had seen in our neighborhood'. Nothing needed to be done. But he did go back up and caulk some nails at no charge. We definitely recommend these guys.
