First Quality Roofing & Insulation

As a home inspector for the East Los Angeles California (MPPI-eLA), I was helping out a friend in their Las Vegas home roof project. I had searched around and got several quotes, but this company came in on budget with our specific roofing needs. I was impressed on the quality of the workmanship, from the drip-edge, roofing, flashing to the ridge vents was top notch installations. They are reasonably priced and surpassed our time of completion (with weather cooperating) by one day. There prep and cleanup really says quality, especially when they are rolling a magnet to pickup those nails. I would recommend them for anyone needing a roof project in the Las Vegas area.

We called First Quality to get a quote on adding insulation to our attic and they were very flexible and quick to schedule a consultation and provide a quote. They price was MUCH more affordable than other companies that gave us a quote which was great because we really couldn't afford anything more. After we decided to go for it they called us in a timely manner and scheduled us in. David and Isaiah were awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They showed me before and after pictures to make sure that we were happy and I cannot wait to have a much cooler house in the summer. I am recommending this company to family and friends in the future! Thanks David and Isaiah for helping our home stay cooler the rest of the summer for my kids and pups and doing such a great job even in this 110+ summer day we are having today. Great experience!

These guys were great, gave a fair estimate - not the cheapest, but not anywhere near the ridiculous quotes I received from other companies. They were on time & got the work done in a timely fashion, just in time for the monsoon rains that we've had lately, and no issues! Would highly recommend them to anyone.
