It’s just fantastic. I’ve had all the big names and this one tops my list for cheesesteak. The roast pork sandwich is a very unique flavor and has achieved national recognition. They even have a potato chip flavor that’s almost exactly based on what this roast pork sandwiches flavor is. Last time I was there the owner and I had a nice conversation. Before the lunch rush. I love this place.

I got a small roast pork with gravy and my girlfriend got the cheese steak with mushrooms. We both couldn't finish ours, but man did we want to. Sandwiches were amazing and they were made to order pretty quickly. Service was great, the lady answered all of our questions. Would return.

JRP is a hallmark pride of philadelphia, beloved by locals and visitors alike. The steaks and pork are reliably excellent and reflect the owners grounded pride in his craft and love for his customers. This place is the reason you visit Philly.

Tasty and crunchy bread, flavorful steak and cheese, went there before dinner time was a little crowded but worth it... I had to come back two days after and bring some awesome sandwiches to vegas. They pack it individually so they can fit on the carry-on, I will be back asap cause now is on my cravings list. Good job.

This was my first time trying a Cheesesteak and I am sure glad I took the time to get one. Although I have nothing to compare it to, it sure set the bar high for me. Very delicious and very well made. The environment was also very nice. Highly recommend.

You know the place has to be good when your going out of your way to leave a 5 star review. First experience with this place and wow. We both loved it . Real fresh chicken and great portion size.

A Seattle girl just passing through Philly, quick downtown tour followed by a search of a good Philly cheesesteak…and I found it!!! Family owned and operated, I asked for the best thing on the menu and I got it! The Works + homemade macaroni salad + a local beer. Campo’s did not disappoint. I’m already plan a trip back and next time I’m bringing my husband. Thanks Campo’s.

It was so good. Food came out fast and they were kind. Steak sandwich was absolutely perfect. Lots of meat and cheese. Reasonable price.

The BEST! This was the best cheesesteak I ever ate! Cole slaw was excellent, too. Great atmosphere & friendly staff and owners.
