Excellent service since day one— and that was 16 years ago. Mark did a wonderful job of securing our large home with over 32 sensors for windows, doors, water, smoke, etc. Plus to this day he answers his phone promptly any time we have questions about operation, battery replacement, or if we need to change settings. Once, when my wife had a very significant medical event I was able to summon the rescue squad at the push of a button. The system paid for itself that one incident; you just can’t put a price on that kind of peace of mind!

Mark updated our security system in our home 12 years ago and we have worked with him ever since. The installation, updated maintenances through the years and security is quality. We can call Mark and he answers his phone (that's a big deal these days), knows our account and helps us with our system quickly and efficiently. Top Notch! Feel very confident recommending HTS.
