Safeguard Security

I have had Safeguard for 10 years now, I started out with the complete wiring of my home, this was a good experience, then I decided to get the home automation for my lights, thermostat and door locks, all of this work was done while I was out of town. They called me and walked me through the setup process for my iphone and Ipad. The only problem I have is with a wall switch, which is actually not a Safeguard product, just a bad switch, they are in the process of replacing the switch. I have to say that they have been on top of this for me. Many Thanks to Louis, Derrick, Jose and Britney, you guys rock.

Safeguard Security is by far the absolute best. They all treat you with respect. They understand if mistakes are made they don't just fire someone unless whatever incident that happened warrants the company to separate from employee. They have an open door for employees. Everyone works with everyone just like a team. No other company compares to Safeguard.

Safeguard has done a spectacular job for a small local company for my home over the past 3 years. I recently sign a new contract and now see it has been purchased by AAA . Hopefully this doesn't change the amazing service they have giving me .
