Recently, I thought my existing camera system was malfunctioning with intermittent alerts. I contacted Jess Hurley with True Protection, who had helped me with my initial installation. He had been reassigned to another city but he still gave me his full attention to troubleshoot my camera equipment long distance. Each time I called or sent a message to him I received a prompt response by phone or text. Brad did a very professional job and was very knowledgeable. He had a lot of patience with me in going step by step on setting everything on my phone. He was never in a hurry to get the job done and leave.
