Mr. Brandon Mayfield the owner of US Alarm Brokers is the real deal! Brandon runs a honest, dependable and trustworthy local business. Brandon and his company installed all the low voltage wiring (cat6, alarm, coaxial) in my residence approximately 2 years ago during construction and I recently contacted Brandon to have the security camera and alarm systems installed. I meet with Brandon to discuss our needs and within a couple days Brandon provided me a very detailed proposal at what I believe was a fair price. Subsequently we choose to use Brandon to complete our security camera home alarm system installation for our residence. Brandon was very flexible with his scheduling and was able to accommodate our busy schedules. The installation went off with out any issues and on few occasions Brandon went above and beyond to help me out. The installation was done professionally and visually looks great. Brandon’s customer service, professionalism, attention to detail and service after the sale are above and beyond. My house was broken into, and a day later US Alarm Brokers we're installing a system so it never happens again. My suggestion to you is get it before you need it. And after that, use USAB for your install and service. I never thought I'd be reviewing an alarm company, let alone for a positive experience, but I will forever recommend USAB.
