I would like to thank everyone that was involved with getting my septic tank issues resolved this past Monday, June 5, 2017. From the lady that took the interest in my situation and making sure that someone would be at my house ASAP. I can’t say enough about Jeremy and Fredy they both went the extra “mile” to make sure everything was working properly before the left. Again, thanks to everyone.

They arrived when then said they would come, the technician was efficient and fast. He had no problem locating and opening the tank. The process was swift and problem-free. The technician gave a clear explanation of the paperwork we need to submit to the county. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

They were courteous and professional from the start and showed up well within the four hour window I was given. They patiently and politely told me what I should look for in making sure the system is properly maintained and cleaned, and how often it should be done based on regulations and usage.
