We were in the process of selling our home and had an inspection done to avoid any surprises. The inspection revealed blockage in the waste line. We contacted Emerald Plumbing and they made arrangements to come out the very next morning. They used camera technology to diagnose the problem and determined there was a break in the line. They immediately quoted a price and when we agreed they filed for permits right away. Their office personnel was behind the scenes helping the permit process go quickly and smoothly. When they were notified the permits had been issued they went right to work. They completed the waste line repair by 4:15 PM that same day. I would feel comfortable recommending this company. They're professional, do great work, they're fairly priced and an overall solid crew.
