Fantastic experience using Carolina Septic today. Guys that came out were great, and answered all my questions. I'm new to owning property with septic- so I had some dumb questions for sure. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area that needs their service The guys located the tank in about 5 seconds, and went right to work- they were at my house within hours of my original call too. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and they certainly have my business for as long as I'm around! Thank you for the great service.

Contacted several Septic Pumping Services and did not receive a response, Carolina answered their phone and scheduled us immediately. Thomas came out and pumped our tank. He was very professional even making sure the truck did not cross into anyone's yard while backing up to reach the tank. He gave good advice on maintaining system and suggested schedule for pumping.

I can't speak highly enough of Carolina Septic, Mark, and Thomas. I have used them multiple times over the years, and they are courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. I recently had an emergency that was an "unknown problem" for a few days, and Mark continued to troubleshoot and communicate with me until they solved the problem. I highly recommend them.
