I’m so thankful I chose Quality to handle my septic problem. Being a woman, I have sadly gotten accustomed to paying double for just about anything I have to have repaired at my house. I’m certain your guys could’ve easily told me I needed a new grinder pump. I don’t think I would have known any different. Without sharing all my personal drama, I must tell you that your honesty, and integrity was such a huge blessing to me today. Thank you so much! Your guys were great! You have renewed my hope in humanity.

I called them early Saturday morning with 2 out of 3 toilets and bathtubs backed up. Within 3 hours they were there for a definite emergency situation. Tank was emptied but still backed up. He called his boss and within 30 minutes he was here. Within another 30 all was completed. Will definitely use from now on because, one the boss was on his way to a funeral and stopped to come address the problem and second no added extra charge for the above the usual tactics to empty one. Highly satisfied customer and will definitely recommend! Thanks so much.

We were having terrible septic tank trouble with sewage backing up into our tubs/toilets. Quality Septic worked me in on their already busy schedule and came out to my home that day and fixed the problem. Amazing company. Amazing staff. Excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
