I called after hours and spoke with Suzy. She was very friendly and on-site the next morning. They worked fast and explained everything to me as they were working. She went out of her way to make sure both sides of the tank were pumped, not just one. I would highly recommend her for her honesty, friendliness, and efficiency. Will definitely use her again if I have any issues with my septic.
