Service was prompt, within hours of contacting Sanitrol, despite being the day after Thanksgiving. The tech, Dave, was efficient and friendly, offering good suggestions on better maintenance of our septic system. I highly recommend Sanitrol for septic system service!

I have been using Sanitrol between my house and some commercial properties I run. My family also uses them. The do all our septic pump out services. Their employees are always polite and professional. The people in the office know all their customers and always courteous and can appreciate long time customers especially those using them at multiple locations. I have never had an issue. When I had to have extensive work locating septic to install manholes years ago it was a complicated endeavor but I had the owner and his son on location doing the work. It was a task and I can say they really knew what they were doing with the least destruction of lawn. Prices are competitive.

Had my septic tank pumped. Arrive during appointed time, completed job in a timely manner and the the price was reasonable.
