My husband and I went in to inquire about a storage unit. Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide what size unit we needed and what coverage we would need. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra and he even took the time to show us the unit.

Jack was very informative and thorough about renting the right unit for my needs. He also showed me my storage unit before renting. It was very clean and the space I needed. He provided excellent customer service.
