I've been at Extra Space Storage for a long time. I had a few concerns about my storage. I share my concerns with Hunter and he made everything right he went above and beyond to make me happy there should be more people like him to work in the storage place.
Reserving the unit online was smooth and painless. They clearly explained the process, and I was able to move into the unit the same day. The door on the unit wasn't closing correctly, and Azaria was kind enough to come over and help me fix it. The facility seems clean and safe as well.
Michko was awesome. Very professional and we were able to get in n out in about 30 minutes.
