Customer service was excellent & very professional!!! Worked with me and got me the best unit/ perfect size to fit all my belongs for a great rate & also they offered a free move in truck with any unit size, so convenient!! Will recommend & will also be returning if i have to move again! Keep up the great work you guys, & I appreciate you all of yall. Thanks again!! I've been renting a unit at Mini Price Storage for over a 7 years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about their customer service. The staff is always courteous and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. I have never had a moments worry about my belongings and that says so much for the length of time I've been renting. I encourage anyone to go to Mini Price first before all others. Rhonda is an amazing customer service agent. Ive been with Mini Price since 2018 and very rarely do I have any sort of problem with this location and the storage of my belongings. Really appreciate their business ethic.
