Public Storage Lakewood

Couldn't find anything in storage and decided to reorganize a bit. I heard someone walking toward me and since I had most of my stuff out blocking other units I called out toward the footsteps I was sorry for the mess. Came out of the unit and met a lady with a welcoming smile as she was pushing a broom in the hallway. I apologized again which started a short but very pleasant chat together! Her name is Bethey and she made my day brighten up with how friendly and professional (with some humor mixed in) our interaction was. She saw a gem in a dusty box day. Thanks.

Ileea is awesome. She is very outgoing and personable as well as knowledgeable. I've met her in person and spoken with her many times on the phone and she has always provided me with the best service. A company that appreciates employees like her is a good company to work with. Someone, somewhere, pick up a phone and give her kudos please!
