A1 Towing & Auto Repair

My car was totaled in a hit and run and I had to go to the ER. The Chattanooga PD got A1 Towing & Auto Repair to pick up the remnants of my vehicle. They picked a great place. The A1 staff at the facility were so compassionate and friendly to my mother the three times she had to go over there. I gave oral consent for my insurance company to pick up the vehicle. A1 were friendly over the phone to me and made the process simple. I give A1 my highest recommendation if you need a tow. Thanks y'all!

No one wants to call a tow truck...but if I had to again, I would absolutely call A1. I requested the tow through AAA and Hector arrived promptly during my requested window. He was personable, honest, and professional. He let me know what would happen, made sure everything was good to go, and did this all quickly and efficiently and with a smile on his face. Thankful that this was my experience and would absolutely recommend!

This place was great! Nobody likes to breakdown but this company made the process, from towing to repair, smooth & easy. And they even loved up on my Rottweiler! Staff was so friendly & accommodating! Shout out to Hector, Alicia, Ashley & the entire crew for a great experience! I appreciate the quick repair that had me back on the road in no time!
